Senior Operations & Business Support Manager — Bali

AYR Water® helps hotels and restaurants replace transported bottled water with on-site purification, chilled still and sparkling dispensing, and reusable glass bottling systems.

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead daily operations, strengthen organizational performance and build a capable, accountable team. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will hold operational decision-making authority within agreed limits and take responsibility for service delivery, people, resources and business support.

Your role

You will connect our technical operations, customer service, procurement and business support functions. You will translate business priorities into practical plans, give the team clear direction and ensure that customers receive reliable, professional service. Your contribution should give the CEO greater capacity to focus on commercial growth.

What you will lead

• Daily operations: Plan workloads, assign responsibilities and keep installations, maintenance and service commitments on track.
• People and accountability: Guide technicians and support staff, establish clear expectations and address performance issues constructively.
• Customer coordination: Maintain professional communication, resolve operational concerns and ensure a complete handover from sales to service.
• Procurement and inventory: Coordinate purchasing, suppliers, equipment and spare parts so the team is prepared for scheduled work.
• Operational planning and budgets: Plan capacity and resources, control expenditure within approved budgets and authority, and escalate material variances.
• Business support: Oversee administrative workflows, document control and finance follow-up with the administrative team.
• Quality and risk: Ensure that service records, safety procedures and water-quality requirements receive consistent attention. Escalate concerns early and drive corrective action.
• Management reporting: Give the CEO a clear view of priorities, performance, risks and decisions required.
• Process improvement: Build practical routines and systems that help the business operate consistently as it grows.

The experience you bring

• A proven record in operations management, business support or organizational leadership.
• Experience leading people and coordinating several functions, with clear responsibility for results.
• Strong planning, follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence making decisions within agreed authority and knowing when to escalate.
• Commercial awareness and care for budgets, service quality and customer relationships.
• Professional communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Confidence using digital task-management tools, spreadsheets and reporting systems.
• A willingness to understand our equipment, service processes and hospitality customers.

Experience in hospitality, technical services, facilities management, equipment distribution or another service-driven business would be valuable. A water-treatment background is welcome but not essential.

You enjoy creating order, strengthening a team and seeing plans become completed work. You are comfortable working closely with a founder while taking responsibility for your own decisions and results.
