Each dispensing zone includes a manufacturer-specified UVC LED treatment feature intended to support hygiene control at the point of dispensing. Water safety depends on the complete system configuration, verified water quality, maintenance and operating procedures.
Stainless-steel controls support the selection of chilled still or sparkling water and can be programmed for specific dispensing quantities, helping staff deliver fast and consistent service.
The deeper Fontemagna configuration can accommodate a 10 kg refillable CO₂ cylinder, increasing the available CO₂ reserve for extended sparkling-water service between cylinder changes.
Fontemagna I.T. is designed for hospitality operations that need high-volume chilled still and sparkling water with controlled dispensing. The equipment supports the production stage; bottle hygiene, filling procedures, staff training and ongoing service complete the operating model around it.
