AYR Water helps hotels and restaurants produce and serve water on-site, reducing reliance on externally supplied single-use bottles while supporting more controlled hospitality operations. This initiative not only enhances the guest experience but also aligns with global environmental conservation efforts.
Our Journey to Innovation
Over the past year, AYR Water has taken significant strides in the hospitality industry, offering innovative water systems that have already been adopted by fine-dining restaurants, a boutique hotel, and a padel club across Bali. Our recent participation in the Bali Restaurant and Cafe Association’s sustainability forum and a successful product showcase at this year’s Ubud Food Festival highlight our active role in promoting sustainable practices. At the festival, our event service provided still, chilled and sparkling water on-site, reducing reliance on packaged-water deliveries during the event. No event-specific lifecycle assessment was conducted. Visitors enthusiastically queued with their refill tumblers, and reusable bottles were prominently featured during the closing zero-waste dinner, a chef collaboration between Chris Salans and Blake Thornley.

AYR Water systems combine treatment, chilling and carbonation to provide still, chilled and sparkling water on-site. Depending on the existing supply model, this can reduce packaging requirements, bottled-water logistics and recurring operating costs.
